2. What data we collect
Website forms
- Request to take part: club name, contact person, email, phone, city, chosen tournament, age group, number of teams and any notes.
- Information request: full name, email, phone (optional), topic and message.
We also record the date and time of your consent. The forms are intended for coaches and club managers: please do not enter personal data of young players (names, dates of birth, health information). If we need it, we will ask for it in the proper way.
Browsing data
Like any website, the systems running this site record some technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser). This is needed to keep the site working and secure. To limit automated submissions (spam), the site keeps an anonymous code derived from the IP address of anyone sending a form for one hour.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering requests, handling requests to take part in the tournament and emailing you a confirmation copy | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations related to taking part in events | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) |
| Protecting the site from abuse and automated submissions | Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
We do not use your data to send you advertising and we never sell it.
4. How long we keep it
Requests received through the forms are automatically deleted from the website after 24 months. Emails remain in the controller's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and your participation in the event. Documents with tax value are kept for the period required by law (10 years).
5. Who can see the data
Data is processed by the controller and its authorised staff. The providers of the site's technical services may process it as data processors: the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and the email delivery service. We do not publish the data.
The website does not use analytics or profiling tools.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive it in a readable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given, without affecting processing already carried out. Write to info@bdfevents.it or by certified email to bdfsportevents@pecimprese.it.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
